Software Engineer - Implementation

Job Responsibilities:

• Exceptional Troubleshooting Experience, Skilled in SQL and Front-end application workflow.
• Understanding of database and table structure.
• Ability to troubleshoot errors, identify processes impacting performance, connect to databases hosted by the client.
• Identify client network connectivity issues, install applications.
• Ability to assist with login and password issues for patients, providers and office staff.

Technical Skills:

Windows Admin - Active Directory, Group policies, RD Gateway (Remote Desktop), Performance Optimization, Printer configuration, File share permissions Networking – VPN tunneling, Network Connectivity DBA – Performance Tuning/ optimization, Indexing, DB maintenance.

Eligibility:

• Must be a Graduate.
• Must have 1-3 years.
• Willing to work in Night Shift.
