This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BE/BTECH degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5+ years of hands on software development experience preferable using Agile Methodologies.
- Proficiency in Core Java Programming language
- Experience with the following development Practices and build tools (or similar): IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven, Bitbucket, Jmeter, Junits, Automated Functional Testing, Contract testing, BlazeMeter, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
- Experience in writing Unix Shell Scripts, Apache Kafka, NoSQL databases, REST API, Micro services, Oracle databases etc.
- Experience in Dockers and Kubernetes, AWS cloud Microservices and Databases
- Ability to mentor other members of team in technical and non-technical, Provide expert suggestion in performance tuning and best practices.
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement.
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices.
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.

- Good written and oral communication capabilities
