Full Stack Software Engineer - Data Platform Team


We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Data Platform team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing our core platform solutions and features, contributing to the development of robust, scalable, and efficient data-driven applications.


Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for our data platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
  • Expertise in back-end programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
  • Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Experience with agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., D3.js, Tableau)
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of data security and privacy best practices
