We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, proficiency in API automation, and a desire to expand their expertise beyond traditional testing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for API & FIORI apps using TDD, BDD concepts.
- Develop and maintain UI based functional test scripts using like open-source framework like Selenium, vendor tools like TOSCA, Workbench etc
- Strong coding skills in Java/Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
- Execute test cases and analyze results. Overcome falls positives and version control automation scripts.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve testing processes, automation frameworks and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing and automation.
