Job Description

Overview:


We are seeking experienced software engineers with a passion for developing scalable and robust applications using microservices architecture and Java technologies. Join our diverse team in Pune, Bengaluru, or Chennai and contribute to our innovative projects


Software Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Java (J2SE/J2EE) and related frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot).
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
  • Experience with API Gateway, authentication, and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Working knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL).

Overall Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.
  • Continuously improve software engineering practices and standards.

Category-wise Technical Skills:


API & Microservices Engineer:


  • Expertise in designing and building scalable APIs.
  • Experience with API Management tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of service discovery, load balancing, and circuit breaker patterns.

Java Microservices Developer:


  • Proficiency in Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices patterns.
  • Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Java Developer:


  • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries.
  • Experience with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control (Git).

Java Backend Developer:


  • Experience in backend development using Java.
  • Familiarity with server-side technologies and protocols.
  • Understanding of data storage technologies and caching mechanisms.

Experience:


  • Minimum of 5 years in software development.
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying large-scale software applications.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Develop, test, and maintain application software.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Monitor application performance and implement optimizations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, AWS Certified Developer) are a plus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
