As a Software Engineer in the Integration Enabling team at H&M, you’ll support developers in getting started and use our integration platforms and guide them in creating API and Event solutions. You’ll work closely with teams to ensure smooth onboarding, troubleshoot issues, and find improvements to continuously evolve our platforms and services.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Onboarding & Support: Assist developers in getting started with our integration platforms, offering hands-on help with API and Event creation. Troubleshooting and help resolve issues.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Communicate effectively with teams to understand their challenges, gather requirements, and share feedback with platform teams for improvements.
  • Integration guidance: Ensure that teams follow established integration guidelines and guardrails, offering technical support,
  • Knowledge sharing: Lead workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote continuous learning and improve platform stability.
  • Platform improvement: Participate in proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and provide input on platform upgrades based on user needs and feedback.
  • Documentation: Ensure that our user documentation and technical articles are always up to date and user-friendly.

Qualifications

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure API Management, including API design, lifecycle management, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of integration principles and design patterns for stable and reliable solutions.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including setting up CI/CD pipelines and using source control tools like GitHub.
  • Skilled in creating documentation for integration solutions.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and share knowledge within teams.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
  • Ability to gather requirements from users and improve integration platforms accordingly.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with other teams in the organization.

Good to Have:


  • Experience with event-driven architecture and platforms like Solace or Kafka.
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This is a full-time position, starting in January 2025.
