Your Impact:
We are OpenText-Fortify and we specialize in Enterprise Application Security.  Our product helps you manage, measure and integrate security for the entire software lifecycle.

What the role offers:

• Translate business requirements using complex methods/models to determine appropriate system solutions
• Identifying issues and proposing solutions
• Implementing proposed solution adhering to best coding practices
• Research, identify, test, certify, and select technology required for solution delivery
• Reviewing requirements and authoring / reviewing design documents
• Research, debug and resolve customer issues
• Providing input for product documentation

What you need to succeed:

• Very good in programming with Angular (15+), JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Typescript
• Expert in UI screen design and experience in UX practices
• Making complex technical and design decisions for Angular projects
• Developing application codes and unit tests in Angular, Web Technologies, and Rest Web Services.
• Knowledge in programming using Core Java or Go or Python
• Experience with SOAP, REST API implementations
• Strong exposure on coding standards, design patterns, unit testing and test automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem resolution and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with databases, security, data protection, web servers.
• Hands on experience on TDD and CICD practices.
• Must be capable of doing code reviews and mentor the junior developers to drive towards high quality deliverables.
• Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right / Zero defects in Production.
• Knowledge on Cloud technologies like AWS and Azure
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as LDAP, TCP/IP
• Exposure to different technologies like messaging (Kafka, Active MQ, JMS), databases (Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres), and directory services (LDAP, AD, Azure AD, eDirectory)
• Exposure to Objected oriented programming
• Agility to quickly adapt to new technologies
• Designing and developing user interfaces using Angular best practices
