We are looking for an development engineer who strives in a dynamic environment. You will be developing software with cutting edge technology and integrating various security products in cloud.
Cisco offers a comprehensive end-to-end security portfolio, covering on-premises, cloud, on-device, and hybrid environments. This flexibility allows customers to select solutions tailored to their immediate needs and seamlessly transition across these environments as their requirements evolve.
Responsibilities

• Build and manage high available, reliable and scalable microservices for a central platform component.
• Contribute to quality and timely deliveries.
• Manage, run, enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain high code quality.
• Contribute to POCs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good understanding of data structures.
• 1-3 years developing and deploying microservices using Java, Python, REST.
• 1 year experience in LangChain, RAG, and vector databases.
• Experience of popular AWS services, including but not limited to DynamoDB, API Gateway.
• Basic understanding of ML algorithms, concepts, and deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with guidance from senior team members.
• Ability to collaborate within agile teams using tools like JIRA.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and containerization tools like Docker

Preferred Qualifications:

• Empathetic, curious and fun to work with.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in OAuth 2 and OIDC.
• Experience with CI/CD, terraform
• Ensure quality and reliability of ML workflows through unit testing and integration testing.
• Collaborate with team optimize ML models for AI Ops
• Experience in integrating LLMs or embeddings into smaller-scale application
