Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop, and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external(customer) expectations, and meet product functionality, cost, and delivery schedules. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in developing and implementing software solutions - Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Unifier - Strong understanding of software development methodologies - Experience in leading software development projects - Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies - Excellent communication and leadership skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 16 years of full-time education is required16yrs of full time education
