Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Lead a team of developers and provide guidance and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project objectives.
- Design, develop, and test software systems according to client specifications.
- Ensure the successful delivery of software solutions within the given timeframe.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models in Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake SQL and performance tuning.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of data integration and data migration strategies.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
