Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects. Your typical day will involve leading a team, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and configuration of software systems. - Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition, Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
