Selling Partner Promotions team owns the Promotion creation and management experience for promotions such as Deals, Coupons, Price Discounts and Buy One Get One. Promotions are a key part of Amazon's flywheel that provides value to both Amazon's customers and selling partners.
Come join us as we build the architecture that unifies Retail and 3rd Party promotions sourcing. Ideally, you are a self-starter with a passion for technology, "raise the bar" in all you do, and collaborate with others to make every idea better. An SDE-I in this team is expected to own small to mid sized projects and deliver them with guidance from senior engineers. You will have opportunity to learn and apply knowledge about Distributed Systems, Microservices, Java, Spring, Guice and AWS technologies such as Lambda, S3 and DynamoDB.
- 1+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
