Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members. - Conduct unit testing and debugging of software applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Hands-on experience in coding, testing, and debugging software applications. - Knowledge of Oracle database concepts and SQL. - Experience with software development methodologies and tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
