We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Web Developer having a passion for current web technology & experienced in building performant web apps to join our dynamic team.
You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and cutting-edge solutions to complex problems.
In this role, you will:
Build high quality and performant solutions and features using web technologies
Drive Solutioning and Architecture discussions and technically guide the team
Adopt a highly reciprocal team that requires effective communication and quality contributions across multiple geographies
Use a combination of data and instinct to make decisions and move at a rapid pace.
Prototype, develop, unit-test, deploy performance enhancements and features on web with highest quality
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, reliability, and web optimization issues.
Perform code reviews, provide feedback to team members on coding techniques and respond effectively to feedback from reviewers
Collaborate with teammates on the best approaches for problem solving
Be well versed in emerging industry technologies and trends, and bring in that knowledge to the team and use it to influence roadmap
Craft a culture of collaboration and shared accomplishments, having fun along the way
What you need to succeed
Strong technical background withgood analytical abilities, and experience developing web apps based on Javascript and Web technologies
An interest in and ability to learn new technologies
Demonstrated results working in a diverse, global, team-focused environment
Requirements:
B.Tech./M.Tech. degree from a premium institute
12+ years relevant experience in software engineering with 3+years being Tech Lead/Architect for engineering teams
Minimum of 3 years of web development experience
Strong knowledge of web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Deep understanding of MVC framework, responsive design and Test-Driven Development
Knowledge of Web performance optimization principles and best practices. Experience in resolving web performance issues would be ideal
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Deep understanding of MVC framework and concepts like HTML, DOM, CSS, REST, AJAX, responsive design, Test-Driven Development.
Knowledge of software fundamentals including design principles & analysis of algorithms, data structure design, and implementation, documentation, and unit testing and the acumen to apply them
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision
