You’ll make an impact by:


  • We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Entry-Level B2B Interface Specialist to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between different software systems and user interfaces in a business-to-business (B2B) context. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and user-friendly interfaces for our B2B clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team in onboarding the EDI Forwarders and EDI Onboardings of Forwarders/Carriers- Introduction calls, Training on ANSIX12 Messages - 211(BILL OF lading) &214(Shipment Status message) & EDIFACT Messages - IFTMIN /IFCSUM(Forwarding Instructions) & IFTSTA ( Transportation status Report),setting up the profiles and Partner and handling the support mails.
  • EDI Formats :
  • EDIFACTFormat: ORDERS,ORDCHG,ORDRSP,INVOIC,DESADV ANSIX12.
  • Format: 850,860,855,810 & 856.
  • EDI message tracking on regular intervals and interpretation of error codes ANSIX12 & EDIFACT.
  • Handling the support mails in the functional mailbox: Creation of tickets in the ServiceNow, Support mails - PO sent successfully, resending of the Messages, Distribution & Duplication setup.

  • Associate or vocational degree level in Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in conversational English.
  • Able to accommodate working hours between EU and/or USA time zones.
