Primary Responsibilities
Good experience in any 2 to 3 HCM Modules (Payroll, OTL, Comp and Core HR or Absences.
▪ Providing 2nd line support for our Oracle HCM Solution
▪ resolving technical issues within the setup of our Oracle HCM Solution
▪ the creation and maintenance of configuration and fast formulae
▪ providing occasional content for training material
▪ self-learning as well as working closely with the team to understand new product features
Key Result Areas:
The consultant would be primarily judged in following areas of work:
- Previous experience configuring Oracle Cloud HCM and writing fast formulae
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to produce an advanced level of clear, detailed and precise documentation
- The ability to work under pressure and excellent time management skills
- The ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment with changing priorities
- A strong attention to detail with a desire and ability to work accurately
- A “can do” attitude with a desire to deliver excellent results
