Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging lessons on soft skills and English language.
  
• Develop training materials like presentations, handouts, and case studies.
  
• Assess students’ skills and provide feedback.
  
• Conduct interactive sessions, including group discussions and role plays.
  
• Monitor and report on student progress.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Psychology, or related field.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Experience in training or teaching.
  
• Certifications in soft skills (e.g., leadership, communication) are a plus.
