The position


As a Senior  Application Support Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:
 


  • Manage the back end of social media platforms such as Facebook Meta Business Manager, X Ads Manager, LinkedIn Business/Campaign Manager, YouTube Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and best practices by keeping social media business managers up to date and relevant. Collaborate with affiliates and external agencies to understand campaign objectives and provide necessary training and guidance.
  • Maintain channel governance documents and social media guidelines. Assist users in upgrading/downgrading their level of access and ensure security protocols are followed. Provide regular updates of information, disclaimers, and bios.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance across content on social media channels. Manage accounts, users, and permissions in the Brandwatch system.
  • Support users and platform maintenance, including case resolution, troubleshooting, and user guide creation. Plan and communicate with Brandwatch, including coordinating meetings and business reviews, documenting functional requirements, and keeping track of the roadmap. Represent Novo Nordisk as the go-to expert for Brandwatch knowledge.
     

Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
 


  • 4-5 years of minimum experience in the digital domain, with a focus on social media account management.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and general knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
  • Experience with driving social media management platforms like Brandwatch, Sprinklr, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders, vendors, and users.

The Commercial & Corporate Affairs – Global Business Services (CCA GBS) unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Senior Vice President (SVP) and Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas, including Global Public Affairs and Sustainability (GPAS), Patient Access, Marketing, Commercial Planning and Content hub.
