We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager with 5 years of experience in handling organic and paid social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content marketing, audience engagement, and paid advertising, helping clients build their brand presence and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social media strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with the client’s brand voice and goals.
- Design and implement advertising strategies across social platforms to maximize ROI.
- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives.
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and best practices to ensure effective campaigns.
Requirements:- 5-6 years of experience in social media management and paid advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Proven ability to create and execute data-driven social media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
- Excellent understanding of content strategy, engagement tactics, and brand positioning.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of social media automation and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory):- Experience with influencer marketing and partnerships.
- Knowledge of email marketing and lead generation.
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.
