About The Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and talented Social Media Intern to learn and assist with our communications and marketing efforts for our B2B SaaS product Hypothesis.
Key responsibilities:
Support in creation of digital content for social channels (e.g. Social Media- LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram etc.)
Support in developing strategies with the team to increase followership and engagement
Conduct research to study social trends, current benchmark patterns, and consumer behavior
Plan the brands’ social media programming with the team based on monthly cadence, BAU, product release calendar and other marketing events.
Manage end-to-end social media documents including reports, content decks and calendars
Researching B2B SaaS landscape and products that are able to generate organic engagement for their content
Closely work with the design team to fulfill the social media content cadence
Skills:
Well adapted with the news & workings of the entertainment industry and pop culture nuances
Has the ability to learn and encourage teams to collaborate and help meet short deadlines
Quick and enthusiastic learner
Qualifications and Prior Experience:
Native understanding of digital advertising and social media (organic social, mobile, paid social, display, rich media, VOD) with good grasp of marketing
Prior experience working with bloggers, artists, and talent is a bonus
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
Student/ Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
