Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Builder to join our Social Listening (SL) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards specifically to provide actionable insights from data within the SL platform. In addition to Dashboard Creation, this individual would be responsible to also assist in creating the framework for new use cases and investigations within the data collected in the SL Program. This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization, social media analytics, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize social media data.
- Collaborate with the existing users and newly enabled teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions and reports.
- Assist with day-to-day management of the platform administration tasks.
- Understand how to perform data analysis within the SL platform to maximize dashboard and report effectiveness increasing speed to insights.
- Maintain and update existing dashboards to reflect changes in data sources, business needs, and user feedback.
- Provide support to end-users on how to use and interpret the dashboards within the platform
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization and social media analytics.
- Share and advocate for best practices and use cases of social media technology and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Proficiency in using Sprinklr or Qualtrics for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with search tools and platforms that utilize Boolean logic, such as Sprinklr or Qualtrics, or other social listening and data analysis tools.
- Experience with ticketing and backlog management, and managing prioritization to achieve optimal business outcomes (i.e., JIRA or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Qualtrics, etc.).
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes.
