Job Description

DescriptionThe Technical Solutions Consultant will play a key role in supporting the sales teams by gathering customer requirements, crafting tailored solution architectures, and liaising with development teams to ensure successful delivery.The ideal candidate will have a background in application development and/or telephony (typically within the contact center industry). Exceptional customer-facing and consulting skills, coupled with a good understanding of application architecture and/or call flow structures, are essential for this role.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement:


Collaborate with sales teams to engage with potential and existing customers to understand their business needs and technical requirements.


Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to gather detailed customer requirements.


Solution Architecture:


Design and develop target solution architectures that meet customer requirements and align with the company's mobility service platform capabilities.


Ensure the proposed solutions are scalable, reliable, and adhere to best practices in application architecture.


Technical Coordination:


Work closely with development teams to translate customer requirements into technical specifications and actionable development plans.


Coordinate and oversee the development process to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions.


Consulting and Advisory:


Provide expert consulting services to customers on the implementation and optimization of telephony and application development solutions.


Offer strategic advice on improving call flow structures and application performance.


Evaluate and recommend new tools or platforms that can improve the efficiency and quality of solutions.


Customer Support:


Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during and after solution implementation.


Provide training and support to customers to ensure smooth adoption and usage of the deployed solutions.


Documentation and Reporting:


Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution designs, customer requirements, and technical specifications.


Prepare regular reports on project status, customer feedback, and areas for improvement.


Develop a solution design to meet the technical and business requirements.


Manage scope, Change Management, and implementation as per the schedule and budget.


Collaborate with the international teams and customers throughout the application lifecycle.


Ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with the organization’s compliance standards.


Required skills and qualifications.· Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.· 8-12 years’ experience in Application solution design· Proven experience in solution architecture and technical consulting roles.· Strong understanding of application architecture principles and/or call flow structures.· Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable plans.· Proficiency in Java, Spring boot, Apache and Nginx· Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical skills.· Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred skills and qualifications· Knowledge on contact center platform and application integration on the platform is an added advantage.· Experience with Cloud platforms is an added advantage.· Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.



Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
