Job Description

Job Overview
Provides expertise and systems support in managing all eQMS Application hosted within the Enterprise Quality Assurance.


Essential Functions
•    Administrator activities for user & role management across different sites of an entity with continuous support to the end users, configuration of process requirement in eQMS Applications. 
•    Rollout of Software for different units of an entity and Training to end user.
Creation of Queries, onboarding new business, updating Master Setup Data for existing and new business, Assignment of Roles & Rights for bulk users using utility. 
•    Gathering of business requirements, design and implement Quality Management solutions to effectively address the user requirements.
•    Coordinate and manage functional, user acceptance, validation, and performance testing.
Collaboration with other IT applications teams, design, develop and support integration between Track wise and SAP.
•    Modification of Quality Management applications through configurations and/or custom development to maintain, improve, and extend the capabilities of the existing systems.
Preparation/review of SOPs and user manuals.
•    Under general direction, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.


Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience Req
•Overall Ten (10) years of experience, Five (5) years systems administrator experience Req.
• Knowledge of business-wide applications (e.g. third party software and internal operational applications, etc.) or IQVIA client facing applications and products.
• Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills.
• Thorough knowledge of IQVIA data and current systems.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and procedures..
• Strong interpersonal skills..
• Excellent problem solving, risk analysis and negotiation skills..
• Strong training capabilities..
• Effective organization, communication, and team orientation skills..
• Ability to manage multiple projects..
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
