SmartRecruiter Configuration Specialist

As a Configuration Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful configuration and optimization of the SmartRecruiter platform. Your responsibilities will involve translating business requirements into system configurations, implementing changes, and maintaining the platform’s functionality. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and clients to enhance the recruitment process and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into system configurations within the SmartRecruiter platform.
• Testing and Validation: Test configuration changes to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and align with business requirements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with peers to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth day-to-day platform operations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of configuration changes and processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2-4 years hands-on experience with SmartRecruiter Recruiting
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new platforms and technologies.
