We are looking for Skill/Competence Manager

You’ll make a difference by

• ·Institutionalize Knowledge Management practices/ requirements across Siemens Mobility
• ·Establish a KM implementation model roadmap with standardized templates and tools
• ·Identify KM practices/ requirements; internal & external benchmarking & prioritize top KM interventions
• ·Measure success, recalibrate and rollout across SMO
• ·Preparation of databases/documents/templates for specific, systematic competence analysis
• ·Support line management with development plans of employees
• ·Overall coordination of the introduction of competence management within the business
• ·Coordination of qualitative and quantitative competence development needs within the business and for customer projects in internal and externally required tools or platforms
• ·Provide regular status reports on competence management to internal management, communicate issues or nonconformances to the relevant management, respectively

Desired Skills:

• You should have minimum of 8-10 years of experience
• Good Communication Mandatory
