About the team

FIS Cloud SRE should have strong technical experience in AWS Elastic Kubernetes Services, MSK (Amazon Managed Streaming for Kafka), Google Kubernetes along with CI/CD pipeline implementation and operations. Should support 99.99% SLA in a highly available, 24/7, public facing Linux environment. Candidate should have strong sense of responsibility and ownership and can drive a complex problem to completion.

What you will be doing

• Design, implement, and document EKS, MSK, CI/CD infrastructure.
• Advocate for and apply best design practices when it comes to availability, scalability, operational excellence, and efficiency.
• Deploy and enhance components of our ecosystem such as Container Services, Load Balancers, Firewalls, monitoring, and alerting tools, etc.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for AWS, EKS, Kubernetes deployment and operations.
• Maintain ongoing improvement of processes, and best practices to meet security, cost, and

What you bring:

• 5 - 10 years of hands-on-experience in AWS Kubernetes, Containers, Kafka, Jenkins/Harness CI/CD deployment
• AWS EKS, MSK and container services like Kubernetes, OpenShift etc.
• Ability to diagram and document designs.
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipeline.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting production facing environment.

• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
