You can go through the website for more details,https://www.rotork.com/enJob DescriptionJob Purpose:      Responsible for our central engineering resource (people, facilities and technology) strategy.  Fully utilising Rotork’s central resource capability within our Rotork Innovation, Design and Engineering Centre (RIDEC), to efficiently execute and deliver our internal customer’s needs. Main Responsibilities:Taking ownership of our centralised engineering resource strategy, covering effective deployment of resource to support internal demand from our Rotork facilities, leveraging capacity and capability in Chennai to deliver agreed business and technology roadmaps.With line management responsibility for the Chennai Engineering Team, will ensure workforce trends and projections are analysed and workforce plans are in place enabling support to our Global customers, delivering on time, on spec and on budget.  Making certain that resources (people, facilities and technology) are correctly allocated to achieve the correct balance of business priorities.With a focus on customer engagement, develop excellent business partnerships with respective site leads and other internal customers.
