Job Description

  • Job description will include but not limited to the following.
  • Initiate and implement safety measures at the workplace.
  • Assist safety personnel in preparing safety manuals and guidelines.
  • Ability to maintain good effective work relationships with people from all social backgrounds.
  • Putting appropriate safety controls in place.
  • Attending safety meetings.
  • Conducting face-to-face safety training.
  • Carrying out post incident analysis.
  • Checking to make sure that the staff and workmen does not arrive to work under the influence of alcohol or drug.
  • Having knowledge about all types of hazards and safety measures for those hazards.
  • Conducting site safety Induction Trainings for new workers, Subcontractors &Visitors.
  • Identifying risks and trends and then taking appropriate action to minimize, mitigate or eliminate them.
  • Conducting toolbox talks on work related Issues.
  • Identifying hazards and reporting site related issues to manager.
