Job Summary:
The person hired for this position will manage General Trade - Mass Retail and will report to the Shopper Marketing Lead. She/He will be the face of 3M with the Customer and will responsible for managing the CBG business and the custodian of the brand for the channel. The candidate is expected to have strong communication skills, must be data driven with good analytical ability to develop winning strategies at the Point of sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
Achieving the channels sell out and sell in Plans in Mass retail
Driving key programs like Distribution drive / Penetration / Key categories development / Offtake support for Mass Retail
Develop shopper activation program for the channel -Shopper in sighting and engagement / POS intervention management /Optimum ROI led shopper development program
Forecasting with sales Team for driving business & operational efficiency
Coordinates with Internal Sales team, Customer development team, Supply chain for driving growth and ensure smooth operations.
Tracks and analyses POS data for scanning growth opportunities .
Retailer engamenet / Sales team training
Basic Qualification:
Minimum Education - Post Graduate - Sales / Marketing
Experience of Min.2 years to 4 years in Retail Sales, trade marketing , sales
Industry Preference - FMCG/Retail/Consumer Durables
Job Details:
Location: India, Bangalore
Travel: May include up to 10%-20% travel
Relocation: authorized
