Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining Shopify websites and applications. You will be responsible for creating custom Shopify themes, implementing third-party plugins, and ensuring the overall performance and scalability of our e-commerce platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Shopify themes to create user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
  
• Create and manage custom Shopify apps to enhance functionality and performance.
  
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility for all Shopify websites.
  
• Integrate third-party applications and plugins to enhance site functionality.
  
• Maintain and update existing Shopify websites to improve performance and security.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shopify sites, including bugs and performance bottlenecks.
  
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  
• Implement best practices for on-page SEO and site architecture to improve search rankings.
  
• Monitor and analyze site performance, making necessary adjustments for optimal user experience.
  
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of branding and marketing strategies.
  
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members regarding Shopify best practices and features.
  
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Shopify development.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Shopify development.
  
• Proficiency in front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
  
• Experience with Shopify's API and custom app development.
  
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and online merchandising.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  

Skills Required:

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
