What you will be doing:


  • You'll act as the primary point of contact for receipts, shipping activities!
  • Coordinates and follows up with vendors, import/export analysts, logistics providers, entry agents, and inter-company teams (Global Trade, Logistics, Facilities, Finance, and Purchasing) to ensure timely and compliant receipt and inventory processes.
  • Performs the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process in the MM module in SAP for all purchase order receipts of materials.
  • Receives materials, unpacks, and inspects goods against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, and handles unsatisfactory items or freight damage.
  • Track and monitor the status of receipts, communicates updates, and ensures timely delivery to users.
  • Performs asset labeling and tracks the movement of goods and assets, including intra-facility, inter-company, local, re-export, repair, and calibration of bonded assets.
  • Prepares goods for export and domestic shipments, including packaging, labeling, and calculating weights for posting shipping charges.
  • Determines appropriate material handling and storage methods based on company requirements.
  • Maintains records of materials or items shipped and ensures accurate documentation.
  • Prepares statutory forms for shipments in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintains inventory accuracy and ensures the security of a temporary storage location.
  • Prepares reports of receipts and updates logs for incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Digitize and store all the shipping records in the GTC tool. Maintain statutory registers/ records/shipping logs in accordance with company policy as well as observing import/export laws.
  • To assist NVIDIA compliance team in audit process for operations in the region.
  • To Prepare shipping documents in lieu of international & domestic shipping requirements.

What we need to see:


  • 1+ years of Proven experience as a shipping coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with SAP, particularly the MM module, is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in working with the office tools like MS office.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures is an advantage.
