The candidate will have excellent communications skills. Mission Statement: Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis A Senior Para-Professional (S3) requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency: Works under limited supervision for routine situations. Provides assistance and training to lower level employees. Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand. Your responsibilities: You will be implementing the EHS policy of the company and identifying the risks to ensure safety production. You will guaranty that new employees receive appropriate trainings on safety matters. You will be ensuring the execution of quality standards and monitoring quality of the production. You will guaranty that production standards are implemented, organizing the manufacturing and ensuring production delivery as planned. You will ensure the completion of production, timely response to production problems, and solve problems, do daily attendance management, employee attendance, leave approval and check team attendance and review with blue collar, manage performers accordingly, training, guiding the team leaders and blue collars. You will be implementing 5s, refining and improving the manufacturing process, and enhancing the manufacturing efficiency. You will plan necessary improvement actions to reach production targets, realizes training plan (on the job training and traditional training) and organizes its deployment, ensure that the plan is followed and updates the multi skills matrix, after team leader alert, responsible to ensure that maintenance action will be initiated and solved. Your background: Diploma's engineering in Mechanical / Chemical / Pulp & Paper. Minimum relevant experience 4 years production in shifts, and total experience not exceeding 10 years. Continuous Process Manufacturing exposure is preferred - pulp & paper, chemical, food, processing etc., Positive attitude, willing to learn and quick to adopt, self-motivator and self-starter, systematic approach to solve problems and shift work is needed. Proficiency Kannada, English communication preferred.
