Join global organization with 82000+ employees around the world, as a SFDC Tester based at Bangalore. You will be part of IQVIA’s world class technology team. We are looking for a skilled and experienced SFDC Tester to join our team. You will be responsible for testing and validating the web-based modules, backend services, and devices. You will also collaborate with the web development, backend, and device teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects. Additionally, you will create and execute test cases, test plans, and test reports using various testing tools and techniques.
Job Overview:
- 2-4 years of experience in Salesforce Testing with Configuration.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, UiPath, or similar).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Experience in SDLC, STLC, Defect Life Cycle, and definitions for all types of testing. Expert in test case design and execution.
- Experience in requirements understanding, analyzing, and reporting issues on requirements.
- Proficient in Agile Methodology and SCRUM framework.
- Expertise in estimating testing for particular requirements.
- Expertise in JIRA and knowledge of how to use JIRA for story and defect creation.
- Experience in bulk test data preparation using Data Loader in Salesforce.
- Good to have knowledge/experience in production support ticket handling.
- Mandatory to have ADM 201 certificate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
