SFDC Developer

Role Purpose

As the Software Engineer, you are required to configure, customize, maintain and load data in IQVIA) SRQ (Safety, Regulatory and Quality area) Applications based on SFDC and .NET.

There will be almost daily calls with GSA Architects to identify the priorities and activities.

Principle Accountabilities

• Ability to configure and administrate an application based on SFDC and .NET.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing efficient and effective support to end users.
• Ability to manage SQL is optional but preferred.

Desired Skills and Attributes

• Demonstrated work ethic and capability to be self-starter
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability, taking initiative and seeing tasks through to completion.
• Demonstrated experience working in international companies
• Demonstrated experience on Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations or Pharmacovigilance applications.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in SFDC configuration and administration.
• SQL knowledge is optional but preferred.
• Ability to work under intense pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
