The Securities Finance Collateral Management team is responsible for performing collateral management activities. To meet the loan obligations, the team must collaborate with multiple parties, brokers, third party client custodians, front office and other internal teams.
This dynamic role which requires good understanding of equities, fixed income, Securities Lending and borrowing business, collateral management.
The business requires constant interaction with multiple stakeholders namely Trading Desk, Borrowers, Internal teams
The major responsibilities will be:
pre-matching, and monitoring the settlement of market loan and return transactions, as well as, ensuring that collateral is appropriately managed on a daily basis. This also includes the following:
1. Return and email management
2. Pair Offs
3. Repricing
4. Cash and Non-Cash specific processing
5. Fail processing
