Could you be the full-time Functional Specialist of Parts Services Solutions in our Digital Transformation organization we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and problem-solving expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates.
You'll contribute to the design and functional architecture of IT solutions that support our Services business processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Parts functional experts, ERP, Engineering, Digital), control the development of applications and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring the Parts Services Solutions functional Core Model is well-documented and applied, but also interact with Operations teams to provide functional expertise when needed.
We’ll look to you for:
Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Designing and configuring Parts and Service Applications to meet business needs
Creating detailed functional specifications and process enhancements
Managing and implementing changes with minimal disruption to business operations
Supporting application roll-outs and ensuring adherence to the Core Model
Providing expertise to internal and external IS&T partners

A degree in engineering, preferably in information technology or computer science
6+years of Experience as a functional expert or Business Analyst in parts applications or similar roles
Understanding of the Quotation to Cost cycle and Plant Maintenance modules
Familiarity with configuration tools, JIRA, SAP
A certification in project management or related fields is a plus
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Experience with ServiceNow, Marklogic, Sinequa, Qlik, SAP Business Objects, or similar reporting tools
Understanding of Data management, ETL concepts, and enterprise software development
