Job Description

Key responsibilities:


  • As the Operations Lead, oversee ServiceNow functional  support services to meet customer performance, availability, service level agreements and  customer satisfaction targets.
  • Provide guidance and help address blockers for team supporting ServiceNow from operations and delivery
  • Serve as an  interface for multiple sub-groups using ServiceNow for their needs.
  • Drive completion of  root cause analysis and resolution of outages or incident trends coordinating with infrastructure and technical teams.
  • Identify areas for optimization for ServiceNow platform operations
  • Work under the guidance of the ServiceNow Platform Director to delivers project and support services within allocated budget.
  • Ensures adherence of the ServiceNow Support operations team to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA  and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls.  
  • Oversees/manages contingent workers performing services across multiple ServiceNow projects. Responsible for the selection, on boarding and off boarding of contingent workers in a timely manner. Manages contingent worker project/task assignments and ensure work product quality.
  • Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) with 10+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow Architecture and functionality.
  • Experience in managing teams working on ServiceNow platform delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
