NEYO Ltd is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist with a strong focus on Discovery and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and optimize their ServiceNow environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB modules for clients, ensuring solutions align with their IT goals and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating detailed functional specifications and implementation plans.
- Design and develop workflows, data models, and automated processes to optimize Discovery and the CMDB lifecycle.
- Conduct testing to ensure that the implemented solutions meet client expectations and adhere to quality standards.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on best practices for managing CMDBs and Discovery processes.
- Train and mentor clients and team members on the effective use of Discovery and CMDB functionalities within ServiceNow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow capabilities, features, and best practices to continuously enhance the service offering.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Discovery and CMDB functionalities.
