We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our expanding iQube team within MSS Operations Technology. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions within ServiceNow platform to meet the business requirements. 

In this role, you will:

• Working closely with business analyst to understand and implement the requirement
• Documenting technical specifications and development processes
• Providing technical assistance to the team with the build and support
• Providing suggestions for improvements (e.g. security enhancements, monitoring, reporting, etc) to ensure the platform is secure, robust, and scalable
• Implementing and maintaining development and security best practices
• Troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and providing technical support to end users
• Identifying opportunities for process automation and enhancements
