Responsibilities
As a Developer in Saxo Bank, you will:
Configure and develop the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements. Transform ServiceNow business requirements into a viable solution
Work closely with Technical Lead to gain knowledge of relevant business domains and requirements.
Support and coordinate the SIT & UAT testing.
Ensure Application optimization, integrity, consistency, security, and privacy.
Participate in code reviews, write, and deploy application releases, and gain a deeper understanding of application modules.
Follow the change process and furnish required artifacts (install results, test results, etc.)
Respond to issues and requests related to ServiceNow. Troubleshoot reported issues to determine a viable solution.
Work independently
Able to highlight any risks impediments or blockers with agility to ensure product quality.
YOUR PROFILE
As a person you come across as team-player who is professional, analytical, solution-oriented, positive and energetic.
Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies:
1-4 years of experience working (preferably in ServiceNow but not mandatory)
Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools such as workflow, flow designer, business rules, scripts, and Access Control List (ACL) rules etc
Willing to learn new technologies.
Exposure to ServiceNow modules good to have
Good Analytical skill and debugging skills.
Effective communication skills are highly desirable.
Should be able to contribute towards automating day to day process.
