Job Title - Senior Manager - ServiceNow Developer & Technical LeadCareer Level - EIntroduction to roleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic ServiceNow Delivery Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and handling end-to-end project execution. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership abilities to drive successful implementations and optimize the use of the ServiceNow platform.AccountabilitiesProject Management:Take end to end ownership of Scaled agile delivery, from organizing and driving the demand planning to sprint planning, running the sprint review and retrospective calls, participate in PI planning sessions to represent the EUIT demands as the delivery leadLead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Develop detailed project plans, prioritization, and risk management strategies.Coordinate with multi-functional teams to collect requirements and define project deliverablesTechnical Leadership:Provide technical mentorship and support in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.Oversee the configuration of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs while striving to reduce customization.Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.Represent EU Tech team in the Risk Assessment Forum, Architecture board and Change review meetings and support the teamStakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide updates and gather feedback.Foster positive relationships with business units to understand their needs and ensure ServiceNow solutions align with organizational goals.Connect regularly with Product Owners of each SN product that you support and work with Project Managers and business sponsors of major projects, gather feedback and provide updatesCollaborate with platform demand, integration, cross platform and release teams, be available for Scrum of Scrum, stage and prod release meetings to ensure successful delivery of Enabling Units storiesTeam Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersPlan individual and Team's strategy in training and development and ensure complete utilization of SN credits Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance ServiceNow capabilities and drive process improvements.Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.Implement best practices for organizational change and quality assurance.Essential Skills/ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Demonstrable experience as a ServiceNow Delivery Lead or in a similar role, with a track record of successful project delivery.Deep technical expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including deep products understanding and knowledge in HRSD, IRM, CSM, Finance SD, Portal development, WSD, BCM and custom applications.Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile, Scaled Agile and Scrum methodologies.Outstanding leadership and team management abilities.Strong team member management and communication skills.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple priorities.Desirable Skills/ExperienceNAWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
