NEYO Ltd is excited to offer an entry-level position for a ServiceNow Associate Consultant specializing in Discovery and CMDB (Configuration Management Database). Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Discovery processes and configuration management modules within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client requirements and assist in mapping out the Discovery strategy.
- Participate in the configuration and customization of CMDB fields and data models.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date documentation for configuration items and relationships.
- Help ensure data integrity within the CMDB by performing regular audits and assessments.
- Provide user support and training for Discovery and CMDB functionalities.
- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow updates and industry best practices related to Discovery and CMDB.
