Responsibilities


  • Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application
  • Ability to lead a team of consultants and deliver for the client
  • Support and Manage System testing, as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing and Post Production phase.
  • Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities
  • Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle
  • Create SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies

Must have Skills and Qualifications


  • Together with the team, you will work on developing new and existing functionality in the Service Catalog module, custom API’s, custom tables, portal widgets and dashboards.
  • You participate actively during the Agile Scrum sessions to improve our teamwork, Way of Working, Story refinement, Sprint planning and in technical sessions. You choose the story from Sprint you work on and take ownership to see it to its completion, by yourself or together with the Business Analyst, Product Owner and Business Requester.
  • Next to developing new functionality you ensure that our product stays up and running for our stakeholders by supporting them through the ServiceNow IPC and Call modules.

As a ServiceNow Developer, your main activities are


  • Working with ServiceNow for at least 5 years, developing, configuring, testing, deploying and maintaining ServiceNow.
  • Working with Request Management / Request Fulfilment / Service Catalog management
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certificate
  • Significant experience in building and improving complex API’s.
  • ServiceNow certification (CIS-ITSM and Service Portal), ITIL is a pre.
  • Experience with one of the ServiceNow applications: ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM).
  • Experienced in Agile and DevOps Way of Working.

Nice to Have skills


  • Knowledge of Javascript.
  • Agile/ DevOps way of working
