Job Description

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and document current key service supply chain business process to identify areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness.  He/she will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to redesign processes, aiming to elevate efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.


  • Document existing processes, including process flows, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).


  • Identify basic supply chain anomalies and seek guidance for resolution.


  • Work closely with stakeholders from various markets to gather requirements and understand business needs.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and country business unit teams.


  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.


  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor process performance and identify further opportunities for improvement.


  • Provide training and support to staff members on updated processes and procedures.


  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in process engineering and business process management.


Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.


  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a supply chain function or project management.



Preferred Certifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.


  • Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations).


  • Proficiency in Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.


  • Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM).


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.


  • Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.


  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to internal and external peers and management.


  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. 


  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyse business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modelling.
