The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and document current key service supply chain business process to identify areas to improve efficiency and effectiveness. He/she will collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to redesign processes, aiming to elevate efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.
Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Document existing processes, including process flows, procedures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify basic supply chain anomalies and seek guidance for resolution.
Work closely with stakeholders from various markets to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicates requirements and guidelines to the regional and country business unit teams.
Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor process performance and identify further opportunities for improvement.
Provide training and support to staff members on updated processes and procedures.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in process engineering and business process management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in a supply chain function or project management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations).
Proficiency in Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM).
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
Strong communication skills with ability to convey impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to internal and external peers and management.
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyse business problems using Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modelling.
