Service Reliability Engineer 2
Common accountabilities:
- Hands on experience with compute / storage and networking concepts in public cloud.
- Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring, and analysis of Public Cloud infrastructure and systems
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, Route 53, etc.)
- Expertise in deploy and managing Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and serverless workloads.
- Provision, configure and maintain public cloud infrastructure defined as code
- Experience with orchestration, configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform and CloudFormation)
- Setup and support of supplementary software, e.g. gitlab, Jenkins, Atlassian.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows & Linux based systems
- Competence with proxy servers like NGINX , Apache, etc
- Competence with monitoring tools like Prometheus & Grafana
- System troubleshooting and problem solving across platform and application domains
- Knowledge with MSSQL or MySQL, NoSQL (Mongo etc)
- Implement, monitor and maintain PCI DSS requirements
