We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:
Technology Delivery
- Accountable for end-to-end technology delivery for some projects/products.
- Resolves critical impediments and optimizes flow of work through delivery teams.
- Ensures delivery adheres to delivery standards and aligns with approved Architecture patterns.
- Works with the Architects to ensure vision and strategy for the Platform is defined and is feasible.
Service Management
- Accountable for service performance, agreeing SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and ensuring high service resiliency and stability.
- Measures, track and improves service operational KPIs (e.g. MTTR, Outages to customer)
- Manage and deliver the resiliency book of work across FEM&S
- Responsible for Run the Bank cost optimization
Engineering
- Drive and track all the engineering OKRs for the teams set by the organization.
- Monthly/Weekly reporting of engineering metrics, engineering OKRs, Risk and control book of work etc.
