Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments
- Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation
- Manages support for incidents
- Leads upgrade planning and execution
- Manages instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc.
- Provides configuration assistance to developers
- Recommend ways to improve efficiency and quality of the current implementation and help improve them.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in with 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, experience with several modules is an advantage
- Certified in ITILv3 or higher - mandatory
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Application Developer and/or Certified ServiceNow Implementation
- Good understanding of the Agile way of working
- Work experience in a large enterprise environment
- Good understanding of IT infrastructures like (Networking/Storage solutions/Virtualization/Scripting/Cloud)
- Good knowledge of integrations with SOAP/REST API
- Good understanding of out-of-the-box and customized integrations for ServiceNow.
