You will be based in Noida and should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Capabilities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.
- Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Capabilities.
- Strong understanding of service management principles and best practices.
- Experience in managing service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service management.
- Experience in implementing and managing contact center technology solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Capabilities.
