Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will own the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts. You will lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance, investing in the overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts. - Lead the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance. - Invest in the overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and best practices. - Experience in managing outsourcing contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve service performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
