Job Summary: Responsible for managing and supporting end-user computing environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience for corporate employees.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deploy and maintain desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
2. Manage operating systems, applications, and security updates
3. Implement and support virtualization technologies (e.g., VDI, app virtualization)
4. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
5. Develop and enforce end-user computing policies and procedures
6. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve user productivity
7. Collaborate with other IT teams on projects and initiatives
8. Provide technical support and training to end-users
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in end-user computing or IT support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Citrix)
• Understanding of IT security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, CompTIA A+) preferred15 years full time education
